My name is Roxana Rodriguez. I’m a designer, illustrator, and certified Notion consultant based in Aruba. I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and have lived in Aruba since I was six.
I hold a diploma in graphic design with a focus on animation, and I’ve built my career around designing systems that make work clearer, lighter, and more human.
I’m the founder of NotionFlows, a digital consulting agency serving the US and Europe market. Through NotionFlows, I help global companies design and optimize their digital workspaces and workflows using tools like Notion, Make.com, Tally, and Slack.
I’m also the co-founder of The Workflow Company, a digital consulting agency focused on the LATAM market. We support growing teams in Latin America by helping them structure their operations, improve collaboration, and build scalable digital systems.
Both agencies share the same mission, helping teams work better through smart systems, thoughtful design, and modern tools, while adapting to the needs of different regions.
Additionally, I founded NotionColombia, a community dedicated to learning, sharing, and exploring the power of Notion.
